How to register an unplanned reception of goods in store on your mobile POS device

  • Unlock your session.

 

  • If you don't land directly on the menu, press the 3 dashes at the top left of your screen to get there.

 

  • In the "Supply" section, go to the rubric "Stock Control" 

 

  • Press "+Add" at the top right of your screen 

 

  • Then choose "Reception". 

 

 

 

  • Using the numeric keyboard that you can display by pressing the keyboard icon in the upper right part of your screen, insert the quantities and then select the product in question from your catalog on the right.

 

 

Example : 

to record the unplanned reception of 10 bottles of "Coke";

  • Type "10" on the numeric keypad on the right

 

  • Then press "Coke" from the catalog  on the left

 

  • When you will have finished registering all the products you have received, press "Validate" and then confirm your choice by pressing "Yes" and that's it  

 

The quantities of the registered products will be added to the stock of your point of sale and you will be able to consult their stock status by going to the section "Stock status" from the menu.


Don't forget to press the "Refresh" button to ensure that the data displayed to you will be updated.
