How to access employees' clocking data

Whether you are looking to optimize their performance, keep track of their attendance, or process their payroll properly, you can keep track of your employees' activity with Precision Systems' integrated clocking system.
The system collects your employees' arrival and departure information, calculates the number of hours they work and allows you to view this information remotely and in real time.
Here are the steps to follow to access your employee data
1- Log in to your myPrecision administrator interface on the web or from your mobile application
2- On the side menu bar located on the right side of your screen, scroll down and press "Settings".
3- Then click on "Users" from the sections displayed on the screen
4- This will give you access to your user database.
5- Select the concerned collaborator and click on his name to open his file.
5- Then go to the "Activity" tab
6- In the "Date" field, enter the date or the period you are interested in or choose a period by pressing one of the three buttons below the same field
A report table containing the employee's clocking data will be displayed, which you can export by pressing the green button above the table "Export" .
